These incredibly delicious vegan meatballs are made from super delicious chickpeas. This is one of our family's favorite recipes. via @thecrunchychron
ingredients
- chickpeas chickpeas
- vegan parmesan
- sub rolls
- marinara sauce - this is my recipe
instructions
- In a 400-degree oven, bake the substrates on a baking tray for 6-8 minutes. (If you use frozen chickpeas instead of freshly made ones, place them in the oven at the same temperature for 10 minutes)
- Meanwhile, heat the marinara sauce in the saucepan on the stove.
- Put chickpea meatballs in toasted pastries, coat with the amount of marinara you want, and sprinkle with parmesan. Devour!
