Vegan Chickpea Meatball Subs

ingredients

  • chickpeas chickpeas

  • vegan parmesan

  • sub rolls

  • marinara sauce - this is my recipe


instructions

  1. In a 400-degree oven, bake the substrates on a baking tray for 6-8 minutes. (If you use frozen chickpeas instead of freshly made ones, place them in the oven at the same temperature for 10 minutes)

  2. Meanwhile, heat the marinara sauce in the saucepan on the stove.

  3. Put chickpea meatballs in toasted pastries, coat with the amount of marinara you want, and sprinkle with parmesan. Devour!
