Weight Loss Starts From the Inside Out

Ever tried to solve your dandelion problem by mowing your lawn?

We all know what a disgusting idea it is. Not only will they only come back, but you will worsen the problem by spreading the seeds.

To solve Kertley's problem, you must take root!

Losing weight should start with our souls and souls, otherwise it will never last!

This is no different with losing weight.

Weight gain and obesity are most often directly linked to the soul and the soul. Although we all come in different sizes and some may never be 2 or 4 in size, it is not healthy for our souls, souls or bodies to be 30, 40 or more pounds for our healthy weight.

This extra weight is not only heavy on our joints and internal organs, it acts as an unhealthy insulation and barrier.

This controls us to invest in healthy and satisfying relationships.

This is a barrier to our relationship with God because it is a clear indication that there are unresolved issues in our hearts.

With weight reduction programs to solve weight problems, without addressing the inner issues of the soul and soul, there is no difference if you are planted in loaves.

When I look at the selfies I took while losing weight, it is clear that in 2015 something was stuck in me; Because all of a sudden my overweight has dropped. Yo-yo stopped.

What do you click inside of me in 2015?
I began to ask myself a very difficult question, thinking about when my weight gain began and why. It was then that I realized that each time I gained weight, it was associated with trauma or difficult circumstances in my life.

The correlation was unclear.

The food was soothing to me.

The problem was that after recovering from the pain, I still had soothing food cravings.

Studies have shown that refined sugars and certain carbohydrates, which are very rich. I believe this because even though I have made great strides in overcoming comfort eating, I still aspire to soothing foods that are extremely difficult to resist.

In fact, it was much harder to overcome than caffeine.

My defining moment was the summer of 2015.

I was sitting in the church, and before I could tell what the sermon was, the speaker mentioned that verse:

"It is written: A man should not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God." ”

Suddenly I was asked the question, "What do I live for? Do I live by my emotions or do I really live by every word that comes from the mouth of God? ”

I have a question with you.

What Causes Your Physical Appetite? Your soul or soul?

We need to start losing weight from our souls and souls. We have to figure out why we eat, otherwise it won't last!
You see, the answer is that you can open the door freely. I believe that for most people our souls cause our physical appetite. Our minds, our imagination that is in control and cause fear, pain and negativity. Our will, which has never been properly used to resist things that are not good for us and to do things that are good for us. Our emotions change from the wind and never come under control, so we are even stronger.

So when our souls are not in the spirit of the Holy Spirit, as we can recall in the wild, because our hunters are followed by a spirit that is crazy. For the soul, which is not disposed of the Holy Ghost, will be permanently left in control.

Just confessing to myself that my physical inclinations were driven by the spirit, not my soul, I began to open up some parts of my life that had been a puzzle to me for some time.

Every time I would open my chest or ice chest, I would ask, "What causes your hunger? Does it cure your hunger or thirst?"

Also, I have noticed this relief as it benefits any snack I have been to at any stage!

I distinguish wells from my physical longing when I am truly exercising, without removing "terrible foods". I can resist the impulse to release energy.

In any case, here's another component we need to check.

What is the true basis of spotting?

If we never answer this question, then we will find better ways to calm our souls.

To reduce gravity, to comfort, or to protect, or to fulfill us, is very little unique, for similar reasons using drugs or liquor.

The root is equivalent: a admirer of admiration.

Going for some substance or action for tranquility, unlike the intent of Jesus Christ, is no exaggeration. In this case, wholesomeness will lead to the peace and contentment of our quiet life. However, like any symbol, this is not true. It is not durable and it causes destruction.

To start against our weight loss, we must begin with redemption. To cease our overwhelming admiration. Redemption is something else that Jesus Christ represents for our peace, bliss, and contentment. Redemption to control our souls in our lives, not the Holy Spirit through us and us.

In addition, when we do, change will continue. Once the real change starts inside!
