Ingredients:
- 1 Naan bread
- 3 pieces of fresh mozzarella
- 1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 5 basil leaves
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tomato
Instructions :
- Squeeze the garic fresh and mix with oil.
- Brush the flatbread with half of the oil mixture. Place in preheated oven for 5 minutes.
