Roasted chicken wings
- 3-pound chicken wings
- ½ oranges, juice and crust
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ tablespoons pepper
Cream of broccoli
- 25 oz. broccoli
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup chopped fresh dill
- salt and pepper, to taste
instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C at 400 ° F.
- In a small bowl, mix juice and orange leaves with oil and spices. Put the chicken wings in a plastic bag and pour into the marinade.
- Allow the bag to cover its wings well. Leave to marinate for at least 5 minutes, but preferably more.
- Put the wings in one layer in a greased baking pan.
