ingredients
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1/3 cup PLAIN soy milk or vegetable milk of your choice
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley or herb of choice or 1 teaspoon of fresh herbs
- 1/4 tablespoon of dill (optional)
- ¾ teaspoon of garlic powder or 1 clove of fresh garlic
- ½ tsp of salt
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2-3 tablespoons lead to desired thickness or without additional soaking water
- Fresh ground pepper to taste
instructions
- Put all ingredients except water in a blender (or dipping blender).
- Stir for about 30 seconds.
- Add a teaspoon at a time, mixing between each to the desired thickness.
