Lo mein vegetarian noodles are made in excellent vegetable stock and are easy to make and cheaper to make. Plus they can be at the table in less than 20 minutes, clean enough. It is made with a bite of greens including baby bok choy, carrots, pink cabbage and loin noodles. And it is flavored with a list of vegetables, soy sauce and sesame seeds. you can add shrimp to this soup, pork, tofu and so on. And in case you want to spice it up, add a little purple chili paste.
ingredients
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 teaspoon of ginger
- 4 oz Lo loin noodles
- 5 cups Vegetables
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 cup purple cabbage
- 1 cup baby bok choy
- 1 carrot
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
instructions
- Start by chopping purple cabbage, peel and slice carrots, rinse and separate baby bok choy. Then chop the garlic and ginger and set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and simmer ginger and garlic less than a minute before adding to the vegetable stock.
- Then in a medium pot, heat 4 1/2 cups of vegetables and place in half a packet of loin noodles or 4 oz.
- Then drizzle chopped cabbage, carrots and bok choy and simmer over medium heat until simmering and softening for about 3 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring together and simmering for another minute. Serve hot. To enjoy!
