I must mention that my peaks are grilled and pan Seared. they usually strive for the best to give the bird a great taste outside, they shit in all the goodies while keeping the medium moist instead of dry! Seasoning any protein with just salt and pepper can be great if done properly, but now and again I'm just looking for something more enjoyable. you can positively add barbecue sauce and make it for barbecue, but in today’s recipe, we’ll start the spice mix right away.
As you know, I have a slight obsession with smoked paprika to change into a spicy combination, after which I delivered cumin, coriander, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Then I brought a couple tablespoons of olive oil and rubbed my bottom chicken breasts!
The taste of this cake changed to extremely good!
ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
instructions
- Heat the grill over medium heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, sea salt, pepper and olive oil. Stir until combined.
- Rub the mixture over both sides of the chicken.
- Place the chicken on the grill and bake each side for 4-6 minutes, depending on the thickness. You just want to make sure there is no pink in the middle.
