Cream Cheese and Chicken Taquitos

Ingredients

  • 3 cups a hen cooked and chopped
  • 6 ounce cream cheese softened
  • 1/3 mug sour cream
  • 1/2 mug salsa
  • 1 1/2 cups cheese colby jack
  • 1 1/2 cups young spinach chopped and stems removed
  • 12 6 inch corn tortillas
  • vegetable or canola oil for frying


instructions

  1. Heat ½ "oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, juice jack and spinach. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Once the butter is hot enough (put it in a pan, over the butter to feel the heat), add a few tablespoons of the chicken and cream cheese mixture to the center of the tortilla and spread. Roll up and install the seam side down in the oil using tongs. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
